To get your custom report, you’ll need two specific pieces of information found on your packaging. Make sure you have your bag handy!
- Locate Your Lot Code Look on the back or bottom of your bag near the “Best By” date. You are looking for the Lot Code (usually a sequence of letters and numbers starting with “PLE”). This code tells our system exactly when and where that specific bag was produced.
- Find Your UPC Next, locate the UPC (the barcode). This identifies the specific formula and bag size you purchased (e.g., Elite Adult Dog or Stellar Grain-Free Cat).
- Enter the Data on PureLuxePetFood.com Head to our website. You will see a dedicated search tool where you must enter both the Lot Code and the UPC. Once entered, the system will generate a detailed PDF report containing the actual lab results for that specific production run.
